City Manager Selection Process The deadline to apply to be Lowell’s next city manager was March 18, 2022. Last weekend the Lowell Sun reported that 14 had applied. Councilors reviewed the resumes and submitted their rank-ordered list of applicants to Mary Callery, the city’s director of Human Resources.
