Homelessness came up at Tuesday’s city council meeting in a response to a November motion by Councilor Dan Rourke requesting information on the amount of money provided by the city to groups to “combat the homelessness crisis.” The memo came from DPD which administers the federal Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) received by the city.
